Returning your product for repair Unlike some online retailers we are not just a general tool company offering "off the shelf" laser and dumpy levels with no backup and after sales facilities. All instruments are checked and calibrated in-house prior to dispatch and include a minimum of 12 months parts and labour warranty. We have access to comprehensive Repair and Calibration facilities as well as a spare parts service, backing up each and every purchase.

Should your product experience an issue either during or post the initial 12 months warranty period please click the "Start" button to begin the process of booking your product in for repair. Upon receipt, we will then assess the product and if it is covered under warranty and shows no signs of misuse, then repair or replace as necessary. If the instrument is now outside of the warranty period or was not originally purchased from us, we will contact you and provide an estimate for the repair.

We only Service and Repair products which have one of our approved "supplied by" labels.
Repair pricing (excluding Warranty claims) Unfortunately we are unable to provide a repair estimate without first assessing the product.
However, should you decide to not proceed with the repair and request that the product be returned to you with no work carried out there will be a minimum charge of on average between £10.00 and £40.00 + VAT. This charge is the direct cost of returning the product to you via courier depending on your location and also takes into account if the product was sent from us to our specialist repair center. For example if the issue displayed by the product required a more specialist assessment than we can carry out in house.

Please note: All product repair requests need to be booked in online. This allows an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to be automatically generated as well as a returns address label and packing slip that you need to print and include with your product. If you decide not to use the online system and instead would like to place the repair request over the phone there is a non-refundable £5.00 administration charge per telephone transaction, which also includes the return of the returns label and packing slip by post.
