Product Return (RMA)

Returning a product In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Laser Levels Online, you may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for equipment that shows any evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded, where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

Please note: We cannot offer refunds on Custom-made products, unless they are faulty.

Please click the "Start" button to begin the process of returning your product. Upon receipt, we will then assess the product and if it is unused and within 30 days of receipt we will refund or replace as necessary.

Please note: All product returns need to be booked in online. This allows an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to be automatically generated as well as a returns address label and packing slip that you need to print and include with your product. If you decide not to use the online system and instead would like to place the returns request over the phone there is a non-refundable £5.00 administration charge per telephone transaction, which also includes the return of the returns label and packing slip by post.
