Important Information For Customers
We are now CLOSED for a company Holiday / Vacation from: Friday 12th September until Sunday 28th September 2014 inclusive.

You can still Order online during this period, but no orders WILL BE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED until we re-open on Monday 29th September 2014. Orders will typically then be delivered on TUESDAY 30th September 2014, depending on delivery location.

Product returns overview

For all your Technical Support and After Sales Service issues, please call  01246 269 777 

Unlike some online retailers, we are not just a general tool company offering "off the shelf" laser levels with no backup and after-sales facilities. All Lasers are checked and calibrated in-house prior to dispatch and include a minimum 12 months parts and labour warranty. Some kits have extended warranties included.

We have access to comprehensive Repair and Calibration facilities as well as a spare parts service, backing up each and every purchase. 

If you experience an issue with your Laser or Dumpy level (however small) either during or post the 12 month warranty period, then please simply contact us and we will be happy to discuss the best course of action with you. 

If you have purchased a product either from our online store or from our eBay store and now plan to return it, please call us:
(01246) 269 777 as often initial issues or problems can be resolved over the phone.

If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, as the product is unsuitable for your application or in the unlikely event the product is defective please select one of the following options:

What products can we Service and or Calibrate?

Servicing and Calibration is only available on products which have originally been supplied by us and carry our "supplied by" label.
A selection of our supplier labels can be seen in the "Approved" section below.

What if my product does not have one of your "supplied by" labels?

If your product does not carry one of our "supplied by" labels you will need to contact your original supplier for servicing and calibration.
We will not Service or Calibrate any product which does not carry our "supplied by" label and you will be charged for the product to be returned.

Calibration is achieved using a state-of-the-art video range which measures in Arc-Seconds and is far more accurate than collimation or by conventional wall marking. We use a sub-contract calibration company for this service.

We ALWAYS calibrate to within manufacturers specifications of any given product; where and whenever possible.
