What products can we Service and or Calibrate?

Servicing and Calibration is only available on products which have originally been supplied by us and carry our "supplied by" label.
A selection of our supplier labels can be seen in the "Approved" section below.

What if my product does not have one of your "supplied by" labels?

If your product does not carry one of our "supplied by" labels you will need to contact your original supplier for servicing and calibration.
We will not Service or Calibrate any product which does not carry our "supplied by" label and you will be charged for the product to be returned.

(1) Returning a product for repair

If you need to return you product for repair and it has one of the approved "supplied by" labels, please Click Here.

(2) Returning a product for re-calibration

If you need to return a product for calibration and it has one of the approved "supplied by" labels, please Click Here.

(3) All other product returns

For all other product returns which have one of the approved "supplied by" labels, please Click Here to complete the product returns form and to generate your unique RMA (Return Material Authorization) product returns number.

Repairs:

We repair most types of lasers & optical site levels (dumpys) supplied by us, including these brands:

Geo Fennel
Fukuda
Quadriga
Spectra Precision
Spectra Trimble
Stabila
Stanley Tools

Calibration:

Calibration is achieved using a state-of-the-art video range which measures in Arc-Seconds and is far more accurate than collimation or by conventional wall marking. We use a sub-contract calibration company for this service.

We ALWAYS calibrate to within manufacturers specifications of any given product; where and whenever possible.
