NEW Extended Ordering Hours for Next Working Day Delivery! 

Previously, customers could order up until 3:00pm for next working day delivery, but this has now been extended until 3:45pm to allow you extra time to place your order.

NEW FREE Next Working Day Delivery Available! 

Free next working day delivery is now available on nearly all products to most mainland UK locations. Deliveries to some addresses, particularly those in the Scottish Highlands and Islands as well as some offshore locations including Northern Ireland are subject to extended delivery times but now at a cheaper rate.

My order was placed after the 3:45PM cut off period. When will my order arrive?

The cut off time for next day delivery is 3:45PM. If your order was placed after 3:45PM, it will typically be delivered 2 days later. For example, if you ordered at: 3:55PM on Tuesday, the order will be dispatched on Wednesday for delivery between 8:00AM and 5PM on Thursday.

If I place my order on Saturday or Sunday, will I receive the delivery on Monday?

No, delivery is the Next Working Day and so your order will be processed and dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

How will my products be delivered?

The majority of our orders are shipped via APC Couriers. Small orders tend to be shipped via Royal Mail (unless a courier option is chosen) and international orders are usually shipped via UK Mail or TNT depending on the location.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, simply enter the billing and alternative delivery address at the checkout.

Do I have to be in to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all deliveries require a signature. We cannot leave the consignment with a neighbour unless this has been advised (in the order comments) prior to shipping.

My order hasn't arrived?

In 99.9% of cases this is not because we haven't dispatched it, when we were meant to. If the Order was placed by 3:30PM each working day, we will have always sent the order as instructed.

If your delivery does not arrive, please visit APC Overnight and enter your Post Code in the "FIND YOUR LOCAL APC" section. The contact details of your local APC depot will then be displayed. Contact the depot and quote your Consignment number and they will then be able to advise when you should expect delivery.
