Shipping & Delivery

Products over £20.00 with an availability of "In Stock" and which do not display a "Ships in" status (e.g. Ships in 2 days) will be dispatched from our Chesterfield office the Same Day and delivered to you between 9:00AM and 5:00PM the Next Working Day, if the order is received by 3:00PM Monday to Friday.

Orders received after 3:00PM will be dispatched the following business day. Business days are Monday to Friday.

For logistical reasons, certain products (identified with a shipping status of "Ships in 2 days" ) are stored in our offsite storage depot and therefore will be dispatched in 2 business days from receipt of order. With delivery then being made to you on the 3rd business day. 

As an example, if today is Monday, you live in England and select a product listed with a status of "Ships in 2 days", the product will be dispatched no later than Tuesday and therefore will be delivered to you between 9:00AM and 5:00PM on Wednesday.

Once your order has been received and processed it will then be passed to the Warehouse who will fully check and calibrate your instruments (where applicable) before packing for dispatch. The consignment will then be dispatched via APC Couriers.

Please note: Deliveries to some addresses, particularly those in the Scottish Highlands and Islands as well as some offshore locations including Northern Ireland are subject to extended delivery times and costs.
