Prior to BREXIT, Irish customers with an IE VAT number could enter their VAT number at the checkout and pay 0% UK VAT.
Following Brexit, UK VAT is no longer chargeable (with or without an IE VAT number), but Irish Import VAT (23%) is payable as soon as the order is imported into Ireland.
To ensure a seamless delivery process in 2 working days, Irish Import VAT (23%) will be collected at the checkout and then passed automatically to the Irish Revenue Services. This prevents the order being held at the local DPD depot pending payment, as the courier is not legally allowed to deliver the order until it has been paid.

No, we don't have any Credit accounts. All orders are paid upfront by Credit / Debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer (BACS).
As an online business, we don't send Proforma invoices. Simply add all of the required products to the basket, enter your billing and delivery details and the full order total will be automatically calculated and displayed on-screen.

By default our store is setup to display the currency in Pound Sterling £ GBP.

After your order has been placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. You will also receive a second email from PayPal confirming your Payment, if you have used PayPal as a payment method. If an order confirmation has not been received please check your email Spam folder.

Sadly, you cannot pay via PayPal over the phone. However, if you contact via the Contact Us page we can send you a PayPal "Money Request" for the correct amount via email.
All orders placed over the weekend and up to 3:45PM on Monday will be processed and dispatched on Monday night for delivery on Tuesday. With the exception of English Bank Holiday Mondays which will mean the orders are processed and dispatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.
Please note: Deliveries to some addresses, particularly those in the Scottish Highlands and Islands as well as some offshore locations including Northern Ireland are subject to extended delivery times and costs.
