VAT charges

If you order products from the Laser Levels Online store which are destined for delivery to a UK shipping address, you will be charged the standard VAT rate for the UK which is currently 20 per cent.

Invoicing

A UK commercial invoice is included with every order that is shipped.

If you have lost the invoice, or if you require an additional copy for your records, you can contact our Sales team on 08000 869 769 or by email at [email protected] and they will be happy to send you a replacement copy in PDF format by email.

Refunds

Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been processed. For cash or BACS transfers, we will require your bank details (IBAN/SWIFT) to proceed with the refund to your account.
