3.2 This Website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

7. PAYMENT

7.1 We accept all Credit and Debit Cards with the exception of the Irish Laser Debit card.

7.2 We accept BACS and Paypal payments.

7.3 The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to P.R.Engineering Ltd and have cleared in full.

8. TRANSACTIONS

8.1 All transactions will be carried out in £ Sterling GBP.

8.2 Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. 

8.3 P.R.Engineering Ltd monitor prices on a daily basis.

9. DELIVERY

9.1 Your order will be sent to you in a maximum of 5 working days. International orders will be sent to you in a maximum of 10 working days.

10. RETURNS POLICY AND GUARANTEE

10.1 We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.

10.2 In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods.

10.3 The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
