Question:

hi I have the Fukuda EK-468GJ Green laser and my friend has lost the charger, will this charger work on this product? Thank You

    Hi,

No, the charger is only for Fukuda rotary lasers.

Sadly we don't sell the Fukuda EK-468GJ and therefore don't carry it's charger. I am unsure where one could be obtained from.

If you have any further questions or require any additional assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards

Question:

website will not let me proceed, I am trying to get a replacement charger for a rotary level which has no name of the make etc apart from the model number on the charger being KD500-CV So my question is will it replace this charger with the following inscription - Input AC 100VAC- 240 VAC 50/60 Hz Output DC 5.6V 700mA Regards Colin

    Hi Colin

Selection of the correct laser level Charger is critical from both a performance and safety point of view.

Not knowing the exact make or model of the laser level you have, is a serious concern to us.

Therefore it is difficult to advise.

If a KD500 UK mains charger was supplied with your laser kit then we stock two types, a KD500-7 and a KD500-9. They are rated 700mA and 900mA respectively.

Your charger gives a 700mA rating which by implication is a match to our KD500-7 charger.

However, we still strongly recommend you determine the exact make and model of laser level and come back to us again for advice BEFORE purchasing this charger.

    Best regards

Question:

How long should these chargers last? This new laser level has been in use for about six months - is the level going to be as unreliable as the charge ?r

Answers:

  • Posted by Laser Levels Online - Support on Monday 6th of June 2016

Its very unusual for a laser charger to fail because they only work on a "trickle" charge.

However they are covered by warranty.
