Product is good quality unfortunately delivery company were terrible. Kept promising me it would be delivered before 4pm every day until I had to collect myself from depot as I couldn't wait any longer . Paid for next day delivery, collected myself 4 days later .

I urgently needed a means of using an existing laser level at a height beyond the scope of the tripod and phoned for some guidance on two alternative products. Diana could not have been more helpful and a discussion quickly confirmed that this was the product that would suit my purposes. It was delivered next day as promised, in time for fixing a large number of picture hanging rails in a restaurant.
