Shipping & Delivery Information

We deliver Worldwide by Courier! 

New for 2019 - FREE Delivery for all customers in the United Kingdom (and yes that includes our customers in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands).

We now offer Free delivery to all customers in the United Kingdom, for all orders placed by 3:45pm Monday to Friday. This includes our customers in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight.

Free Next working day delivery by DPD Local is available on nearly all products for most locations unless you are located in Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands & Islands. For Northern Ireland it is free but a 2 working day service and again for the Scottish Highlands and Islands it's free but a 2-5 day service for particularly remote locations. Full details are available at the checkout.

Please note: The self-governing british crown dependencies, Isle of Man and the bailiwicks of Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark are not part of the UK. Delivery to these locations is therefore not free. 

Free Delivery to Republic of Ireland 

If the order is placed by 3:45pm Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 2 working days.

Delivery to Isle of Man and the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, and Sark)

The self-governing British crown dependencies, Isle of Man and the bailiwicks of Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark are not part of the UK. Delivery to these locations is therefore not free. Full delivery details and pricing is available at the checkout.

Delivery to commonly shipped destinations (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Holland, Belgium etc.)

Delivery for Fukuda & Spectra products typically cost £24.99 GBP by Courier to these countries. Full details available at the checkout.

If the order is placed by 3:45pm GMT Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes no longer than 3 - 6 Working Days by Courier.
Products are dispatched most days to these countries and so the order will simply be added to the relevant Courier collections.

Remember to always select "Leave with Neighbour"

If your order is being delivered by DPD Local, they will text and email you tracking details and allocate you a one hour delivery window. You can click on the link in the text message or email at any time and track the order to your door. Even if you are 100% sure you will be at the delivery address when DPD visit, it is always safer to proactively select 'Leave with Neighbour' to ensure that you can take delivery of the order if you miss the driver, don't hear the door or have an address which is tricky to access. That way, you will not be disappointed and the order will not need to be returned the depot.

Are faster and timed deliveries available?

Yes, in addition to our standard delivery service, there is also the option to select from a By 10:30AM, By 12:00, Saturday by 10:30, Saturday by 12:00, All Day Saturday, Sunday by 12:00 or All Day Sunday delivery (please note the order for a Sunday delivery must have been placed by 3:45pm on Friday and not on the Saturday). How will my order be delivered?

The majority of our orders are shipped via DPD Local. Small orders tend to be shipped via Royal Mail (unless a courier option is chosen) and international orders are usually shipped via DPD, FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS depending on the location.

Not going to be in?

That's fine, DPD Local will automatically try to leave the order with your neighbour if you're not in. 
Not everyone gets on with their neighbours, so be sure to click the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email), and select "Deliver to my neighbour" or "Deliver to safe place" to tell DPD your preferred neighbour, or a safe place at your property. 

Can I change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched?

Yes, click the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email), and select "Deliver to alternate address" to tell DPD to deliver to an alternative address. Changing the delivery address after dispatch may be subject to a fee.

Do I have to be in to sign for my delivery?

No, DPD Local will automatically try to leave the order with your neighbour if you're not in. 
Using the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email), select "Deliver to my neighbour" or "Deliver to safe place" to tell DPD your preferred neighbour, or a safe place at your property. 

When will my delivery arrive?

Follow the drivers journey all the way to your door, or select one of our 'in flight' options using the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email).

Change my 1 hour delivery slot?

No, you can't change your timeslot but you can still get your order.
Using the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email), select "Deliver to my neighbour" or "Deliver to safe place" to tell DPD your preferred neighbour, or a safe place at your property. 

Change i change my delivery?

Yes, there are plenty of options for you to choose from. You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop, or come to the depot to pick it up using the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email) to make the relevant selection.

Missed a delivery and need to rearrange?

You're spoilt for choice! You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop, or come to the depot to pick it up all using the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email) to make the relevant selection.

I was in all day, but the driver didn't call?

The DPD driver will do everything they can to get your attention when you're at home, but sometimes you may still miss each other. Using the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email) select the redelivery or collect option you'd prefer.

Can the driver come back?

No, The driver wont be able to make it back to you today; but you can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop, or come to the depot to pick it, all using the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email) to make the relevant selection.

I missed the delivery and would prefer to collect the order myself?

Using the link in the DPD shipment txt message (or email) select collect option you'd prefer and choose from one of DPD's 2,500 local Pickup shops. DPD will have your order ready for you by midday the next working day. You'll need to be bring 2 pieces of ID, photo ID and ID with your address on it, such as a utility bill.  

My order hasn't arrived?

In 99.9% of cases this is not because we haven't dispatched it, when we were meant to. If the Order was placed by 3:45PM each working day, we will have always sent the order as instructed.
