Refurbished Grade B is the second-best quality you can expect from a refurbished product.

Usually the product will have light signs of previous usage or slight scratches from storage/handling - fully functioning unless specified otherwise.

Item will be fully function tested, checked and calibrated and come with the full original warranty.

Orders can only be placed online. If you would like to order, simply add all the products to the basket and checkout in the normal way. Payment is then via Credit / Debit Card, Paypal, Klarna, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BACS.

When will it arrive?

Free Delivery by DPD is available on all products, if the order is placed by 3:45pm Monday to Friday.

• Republic of Ireland (23% Irish Pre-paid VAT, Import Duty & Taxes): 2 Working Days. We are not permitted to deliver Topcon products to the Republic Of Ireland.
• Channel Islands (0% UK VAT): 2 Working Days

Delivery is only available within the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver orders to other international locations at this time.

Not satisfied or changed your mind?

If within the first 90 days, you are not satisfied or have changed your mind with any purchase, we will give you a full refund when it is returned to us in an unused condition, complete with all of the original packaging. We regret that refunds cannot be issued for equipment that shows any evidence of having been used and we are unable to refund the inbound delivery charge.

Incorrect product supplied

It is extremely unusual for our warehouse team to dispatch a product which was not ordered. However, if this occurs please contact our sales team on 08000 869 769 who will be able to advise the best way to resolve the issue.

Faulty or Damaged products

All of our products are checked and calibrated (where applicable), prior to dispatch.
If a product is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use, please contact our technical team on 08000 869 769. Sometimes, initial issues can be resolved over the phone.

If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, you will be directed to complete an RMA return form.

At our discretion, we will either: repair, replace or return the item to you (we return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault).

Automatic Warranty Registration

All warranty registrations are automatically registered and activated at the time of purchase. No action is required on your behalf. In the unlikely event, you have an issue with your product, you simply need to contact us and we will then be able to assist further.
