Pre-delivery Inspection
We check each and every Product
Laser Levels Kits
Prior to dispatch, your new Laser Level Kit will be inspected and prepared by our technicians. During this time the kit will be checked and calibrated and all batteries fitted. We will also apply our "supplied by" labels to permit access to our Service Department in the future. Any accessories which require radio pairing (where applicable) will also be setup.
Laser Detectors / Receivers or Remote Controls
Prior to dispatch, your Laser Detector / Receiver or Remote Control will be tested & prepared by our technicians and all batteries will be fitted. We will also apply our "supplied by" labels to permit access to our Service Department in the future.
All Other Products
Prior to dispatch, your product will be checked & prepared by our technicians.
VAT Invoice
When the order is dispatched, a PDF (digital copy) of the VAT invoice will be attached to the dispatch confirmation email and a paper copy of the VAT invoice will be in the box for you to give to your accounts department.

Exclusive access to our Repairs & Servicing Department
We only Repair, Calibrate & Service products originally purchased from us. If your laser is damaged, needs calibrating or requires some other work doing to it, we have expert technical staff available to assist you. Focusing only on our customers, means we have quick turn around times - getting you back up and running faster!
Automatic Warranty Registration
All warranty registrations are automatically registered and activated at the time of purchase. No action is required on your behalf. In the unlikely event, you have an issue with your product, you simply need to contact us and we will then be able to assist further.
