Following Brexit, UK VAT is no longer chargeable (with or without an IE VAT number), but Irish VAT (23%) is payable as soon as the order is imported into Ireland.
To ensure a seamless delivery process in 2 working days, Irish VAT (23%) will be collected at the checkout and then passed automatically to the Irish Revenue Services. This prevents the order from being held at the local DPD depot pending payment, as the courier is not legally allowed to deliver the order until it has been paid.

99.9% of the products we sell are checked and calibrated and dispatched from our main Chesterfield, UK warehouse. If the product shows: Yes, In Stock, then at least one is definitely in stock and available for Next Day Delivery (where applicable). For logistical reasons, certain products (identified with a shipping status of "Dispatched in 2 days" etc.) are stored in our offsite storage depot. When your order is placed they are then recalled to Chesterfield and will be dispatched in 1 business days from receipt of order. With delivery then being made to you on the 3rd business day.
Next working day delivery is available on products which show a Yes, In Stock status. You can see from the product listing if the item is in stock.
To get Next working day delivery, you will need to place your order by 3:45pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Please refer to the timings below to see when your item will arrive:

Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland are typically on a 2 day service. Deliveries to the Scottish Islands are typically on a 3 day service. Deliveries to the Northern Ireland and Eire are typically on a 3 day service.
We now offer Free delivery to all customers in the United Kingdom, for all orders placed by 3:45pm Monday to Friday. This includes our customers in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight.
Free Next working day delivery by DPD Local is available on nearly all products for most locations unless you are located in Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands & Islands. For Northern Ireland it is free but a 2 working day service and again for the Scottish Highlands and Islands it's free but a 2-5 day service for particularly remote locations. Please note: The self-governing British crown dependencies, Isle of Man and the bailiwicks of Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark are not part of the UK but delivery to these locations is also free.

The cut off time for next working day delivery is 3:45PM Monday to Friday. If your order was placed after 3:45PM, it will typically be delivered 2 days later. For example, if you ordered at: 3:55PM on Tuesday, the order will be dispatched on Wednesday for delivery between 8:00AM and 5PM on Thursday.
No, delivery is the Next Working Day and so your order will be processed and dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Please note: although Sunday delivery is an option, the order for a Sunday delivery must have been placed by 3:45pm on Friday and not on the Saturday.

DPD will have your order ready for you by midday the next working day. You'll need to be bring 2 pieces of ID, photo ID and ID with your address on it, such as a utility bill.
In 99.9% of cases this is not because we haven't dispatched it, when we were meant to. If the Order was placed by 3:45PM each working day, we will have always sent the order as instructed.

Returns Policy
Not satisfied or changed your mind
If within the first 90 days, you are not satisfied or have changed your mind with any purchase, we will give you a full refund when it is returned to us in an unused condition, complete with all of the original packaging. We regret that refunds cannot be issued for equipment that shows any evidence of having been used and we are unable to refund the inbound delivery charge.

It is extremely unusual for our warehouse team to dispatch a product which was not ordered. However, if this occurs please contact our sales team on 08000 869 769 who will be able to advise the best way to resolve the issue.
Faulty or Damaged products
All of our products are checked and calibrated (where applicable), prior to dispatch.
If a product is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use, please contact our technical team on 08000 869 769. Sometimes, initial issues can be resolved over the phone.
If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, you will be directed to complete an RMA return form. Click Here to fill out the product returns form and generate your unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) product returns number.
At our discretion, we will either: repair, replace or return the item to you (we return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault).
Warranty
